    • R-Series Protective Release Films For The Rubber and Tire Industry
    For the rubber and tire industries, Plasto-Sac offers a wide range of cost-saving release films and low-melt batch inclusion bags.

    These product lines have been thoroughly tested and approved by the top tire and rubber producers in the world. The “R Series” represents a new generation of protective release films for the rubber and tire industry. “R Series” smooth release films are substitutes for the regular embossed release film and have shown proven cost savings and quality improvement for all of our customers. They are specially formulated from polyolefin compounds that do not interact with materials present in rubber compounds. Plasto-Sac’s “R Series” films offer superior release properties and significant cost savings due to the down-gauging of the mil thickness required.

    JPI stocks over 30,000 lbs of Plasto Sac samples in our Victor, NY office/warehouse complex. We have a wide variety of R-1 Smooth and R-5 Embossed Films (ranging from 2mil to 8mil), to meet your immediate sampling and trial run requirements or temporary shortages.

    Joynt Packaging International has assembled a network of warehouses and distribution centers across North America to help provide superior service and to offer JIT programs to our valued customers.

    The warehouses are situated in close proximity to the “high volume” rubber and tire manufacturing centers around North America.
