Plasto-Sac, Ltd.:
R-Series Protective Release Films For The Rubber and Tire Industry
For the rubber and tire industries, Plasto-Sac offers a wide range of cost-saving release films and low-melt batch inclusion bags.
These product lines have been thoroughly tested and approved by the top tire and rubber producers in the world. The “R Series” represents a new generation of protective release films for the rubber and tire industry. “R Series” smooth release films are substitutes for the regular embossed release film and have shown proven cost savings and quality improvement for all of our customers. They are specially formulated from polyolefin compounds that do not interact with materials present in rubber compounds. Plasto-Sac’s “R Series” films offer superior release properties and significant cost savings due to the down-gauging of the mil thickness required.
JPI and Plasto-Sac also offer Elastobags, low-melt EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) batch inclusion bags designed for the preliminary process of mixing rubber and other materials in the rubber and tire industry.
The Plasto-Sac group specializes in the manufacture of packaging and film for a variety of fields and offers a wide range of creative packaging solutions for customers on the international market. Learn more
